July 23, 20215 yr does anyone remember when Chad Wallach was a prospect? Looking at his 2014 minor league numbers, it looked like maybe he was going to be a pretty decent hitter, but I don't think I ever remember hearing about him.
July 24, 20215 yr me neither. I think he was mentioned mainly as a defensive guy with a little power. I didn't even recall him having a good minor year but yeah 2014 was good. even his 2016 AA wasn't terrible but he just hit his ceiling.

Yes, I remember I was excited when they moved him an Avery Romero up to Jupiter the one summer, like so many of the Marlins draft picks Greensboro made them look like they could hit

Yup, that’s why I’m over prospects already, give me some tried and true 30 year old with a proven track record and 3 kids. This is also my philosophy regarding my dating life lol
