Still no thanks.  He doesn't hit righties at all. He would be a waste of prospects and another half-assed acquisition that doesn't move the needle nearly enough.

they need a legit bat FAR more than defense and i'd rather them overpay with prospects than burn some of the guys who could be used to acquire said bat.  and again, not interested in acquiring a guy who already has one PEDs suspension on the books.

rather overpay for Reynolds than make a "fair" trade for Laureano tbh.  Defense has not hurt the Marlins very much this season.  The ability to not consistently score runs has though (and it crippled them last season too).
