According to T Hut, the day off after the off day is on purpose so that Jazz and Arraez get an actual extended break of two days instead of a quick and hectic one day off. Sounds like when you get a Monday off work and so you end up with a three day weekend. I mean yea sure that makes sense but damn why both guys out of the lineup together?

I like these Arizona uniforms. They've found a nice balance of their colors after experimenting with some off the wall ideas before these. Also using a touch more red like with these caps has worked.

This is my fear with all these things. They hype it up and it's like one corridor with a handful of stuff and that's really it. Like it's nice but it's nothing to go out of your way for. If you're already there it's cool to see but it's not something you'd be like man I have to go to Marlins Park to see that.

I'm not a marketing expert. But I know the secret to getting people to come out anywhere.

Give away free food. All these fat asses around (me included) will show up in droves for free hotdogs or free arepas or free tacos.

That's why every once in a while you will see on the news a restaurant giving away a free basic hamburger and people waiting in line for literally hours for a $1-$2 burger.

That is the most genius marketing idea for the Marlins crowd problem. Give away free tacos or burritos or burgers or hotdogs every night and watch attendance increase 200%.

People don't give a damn about magnet schedules or Garrett Cooper bobbleheads. Give away a free steak burrito and people will come faster than you can ever expect.
