It's not just the "proper" way though. If you've always struggled with them it means they were likely old and low quality so you've yet to experience the big succulent crab leg steaks sliding out of their carapace. The good ones don't even need that clarified butter it's so sweet and nutty.

September 7, 20233 yr Fun fact. Chicken Tenders And Chicken Strips are NOT the same and interchangeable. Chicken Tenders are called that way because they are made from the chicken tenderloin which is a chunk of meat that is connected to the breast but is specifically cut out and is it’s own filet or cut of the chicken different from just regular chicken breast which tends to be a little on the drier side. Those are what chicken tenderloins look like. It’s not at all the same as regular breast meat. Which for chicken strips I believe you can just use regular breast meat but for chicken tenders specifically they are only real Chicken tenders if you use the tenderloin.

I just didnt want to hear people bitch and moan that they're the same thing too especially when people already think boneless wings are something different than nuggets. I was trying to compromise and be polite!
