Only sushi I’ve had were California rolls and shrimp tempura rolls. Enjoyed those.

Ah, those are the “intro” rolls if you haven’t had the fish.

I like JB rolls (salmon and cream cheese), and a rainbow roll is a California roll with pieces of fish on top (usually salmon, tuna, and yellowtail).

Yeah people sometimes tell me I never really had sushi and I believe that but I just can’t bring myself to try the fish. I don’t like fish in general. I like some seafood such as shrimp and crab but that’s about it.

I didn’t have sushi for the first time until I was around 28 for the same reason - it was a mental thing about the raw fish (I’ve always eaten cooked fish though), but I was on a trip and my friend convinced me to try it and I was like oh this is good!

I ordered a regular cooked meal so that I knew I’d have something I liked, but ordered a single piece of nigiri (the individual piece of fish with rice underneath, sashimi is the piece of fish alone/without rice) to try it for the first time, that way there was no commitment of ordering an entire roll or something…..I picked salmon because I like cooked salmon…..but I also went crazy and got a piece of unagi (eel) and liked it too, and I’ve been eating sushi ever since.

If marlins lose less than 100 games next year I’ll buy this and post pic okay @Michael

Bro.. you’re gonna make the Marlins trade away even more players in order to avoid that happening..

Or maybe not.. perhaps the thought of that is so tempting that the Marlins will increase their payroll to $120m and do everything they can to win. 😂
