August 2, 2025Aug 2 Stanton was traded for Starlin Castro, Jorge Guzman, and Jose Devers. Castro and Guzman are both no longer playing and Devers, who is still incredibly only 25 years old, is playing for the Braves AAA team in Gwinnett.Gwinnett has an amazing 9 former Marlins on their roster:Eddy Alvarez, Garrett Cooper, Bryan De la Cruz, Jose Devers, Charles Leblanc, Sandy Leon, Jake Marisnick, Luke Williams, Zach Thompson (P).
August 2, 2025Aug 2 That's an absolutely horrific trade deadline for the Yankees. Three guys in the bullpen who are prone to head case blow ups and 4 guys that are at best bit players. Richest team in baseball and got absolute garbage.
August 2, 2025Aug 2 Our rotation next year barring any changes should be : Sandy, Eury, Eddy, Weathers, and Braxton Garrett. That is not counting Max Meyer as well. Junk and Quantrill may or may not be back and we should have T.White and Snelling ready the second half of the year.I would move Max Meyer to closer, Agustin to 1st, call up Mack to catch with Hicks. Acosta will probably be ready mid-season and the wave of young relievers from AA as well.Most of the roster will be 27 and younger and will keep getting better.The future looks bright.
