September 1, 2025Sep 1 Author Gotta start developing guys with movement on the fastball instead of who can throw 100. Also, look for the sidearm guys, much more natural throwing motion than over the top.

Restrict pitch counts maybe but also don't tell them how many. They'll just naturally ease back to get as many in as they can efficiently.
