February 19, 200422 yr does anybody watch this show? its on wed at 10:30 on comedy central. Dave Chappelle is one of my fav comedians and his show cracks me up. My favorite was when he made fun of R Kelly with the Piss On You video and then the remix. BUt the one from last week was hilarious... "What did the five fingers say to the face?" "What?" "SLAP!!! **slaps him** ..Ha Ha!...i'm Rick James, b***h!!!" That must have been the funniest thing I've ever seen. Chappelle's show is super funny. I really recommend it. I just couldn't stop laughing on the Rick James-Eddie Murphy's brother story. Too funny.

February 27, 200422 yr Chapelle's already funny on his own, but he must have some of the best comedy writers working by now. The show is hysterical. Tiger Woods: "Fo Shizzle"

February 27, 200422 yr Well, you guys, we better start saying our goodbyes to this show as well... The "decency" standards will get to Chappelle sooner or later...
March 2, 200422 yr I'm pretty sure that was Dontrelle and Beckett in the front row a couple weeks ago. But yeah I dont watch it as much as I want because I usually forget about it but its hysterical, the Lil John thing had me crying when we would just start talking normal all of a sudden :lolup
March 11, 200422 yr :tv_happy This show sucked last season, but this season has been hilarious...one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV was "I'm Rick James B!tch!" :afro and the episode where Prince played Baskteball. I watched 'Undercover Brother' last night, Dave Chappelle was hilarious in that movie too, I love that guy! "You know what they say...behind every black man..." -Eddie Griffin/Undercover Brother "Is the Police!" -Dave Chappelle/Conspiracy Brother
March 12, 200422 yr yesterdays Prince basketball was the most. Hilarious..... One funniest comedy sketch that I've ever seeen.
March 13, 200422 yr What is a chickenhead? :hat Chickenheads are the groupies backstage that will do anything to get in and have sex with the stars. The Dave Chappelle Show is tite!!!! I love that show. The episode with Charlie Murphy and Prince playing basketball is my favorite so far.
March 16, 200422 yr What is a chickenhead? :hat "a young lady who enjoys putting her mouth on....the member....of what is called a...crackwhore." Dave: correct!!...in some way that is correct.
March 17, 200422 yr Racial Draft: First pick: "And the Black People pick..... Tiger Woods!" :lol "We the White people pick... Collin Powell!" Black people oppose and then make a deal if the White people take Condoleeza Rice too... Deal! "Now Collin and Condoleeza are officially white!" :lol
March 17, 200422 yr Chappelle usually has good points. The whole "Who Knows Black People" thing made the point that ethnicity really doesn't inherently make one more knowledgable about one group of people than another. That's why he opened up saying, "a white person said my show was racist of blacks." Well it is, Chappelle several times has used stereotypes and such that a white person couldn't get away with. Maybe his point is that everyone should be able to use his brand of humor.
March 17, 200422 yr In the new entertainment weekly Chris Rock said he could play black clubs and white clubs and has said he always prided himself in being able to do that. I don't really see it as much of an accomplishment since he says things that white people could never get away with (particularly in the black clubs). Some whites have overcome this (as seen on those awful BET comedy shows) but they usually look ridiculous and have to either demean themselves or look ridiculous in the process of making these audiences laugh. Everyone should be able to get away with this kind of stuff on some level, but those who are the minority would never let it. Rock had an excellent bit about this on his cd "Roll with the New" where a white guy prefaces his admiration of Rock's "n*****s and black people bit" by saying, "Hey, listen, I'm not a racist, but, oh my God! I hate N------, too!" Then gets promptly beat up by the blacks and latinas around him.
