He's not in the MLBPA, so he won't be in any video games.

Graphics are good but THe Gameplay is about as entertaining as Jennifer Aniston trying to do serious acting.

Rented it and returned it early, The Farm System is nice but the most important factor is lacking.

Seriously?

I heard so many good things about the gameplay in this years version :(

I heard so many good things about the gameplay in this years version :( Unless I got another copy,

I found nothing special about it, if your into baseball games that provide the best special features and bonuses, than this is for you but I'll be sticking with All Star as soon as I get the money after having to spend 50 on Wrestlemania.

I'm gonna try all the games this year, but I'm leaning toward ESPN baseball, just because that was by far the best game last year.

The gameplay is alright. It is too hard to strike people out. Manager mode is awesome and the SIM ais good. I wish Ramon was in it though. I had to create him, put Maddux on the Cubs, and trade ARod to the Yanks.

I bought this game this morning for my PS2 and was very excited to come home and play it. But I was extremely dissapointed, I'm a HUGE fan of the "WSB2K" series (which will be called "ESPN MLB" from now on) that game is ten thousand times better than "MVP." The graphics are weak, the gameplay is too confusing, the announcers stink, it's too easy to hit and it's just an ameteur type game compared to the "WSB2K" game! By the way, does anyone know if there's a 'Season Mode?' I can't seem to find one, all I can find is the 'Dynasty Mode' and that doesn't allow you to play does it? I'm really confused right now, this is my first time playing one of these "MVP" games and so far I'm not impressed one bit! :thumbdown :banghead :mischief2

the game is awesome ... i got it yesterday, ummm one thing is that Ramon Castro aint on it and that pisses me off.

But Burnett stats are pretty good based on the fact htat he missed all of last year.

Homerun challenge is hard ... but game play is exellent

overall i give it

:thumbup :thumbup

ohh and i forgot but McKeon aint on it ... thats complete BULLS**T ... lloyd mcglendon is on it, so is Francona, and Pena ... and Torre(of course)

i cant believe that I FEEL ROBBED

whatever the game is good

Hey...have you been able to find a 'Season Mode' where they let you play an entire season? I can't find one, all I can find is the 'Dynasty Mode' and that only lets you manage the team, not play the actual games. Am I missing something or do they just not have a 'Season Mode?' :confused

i havent really tried ... but if theres no season mode im gonna be really really really upset.

i havent really tried ... but if theres no season mode im gonna be really really really upset. I've never played one of these 'MVP' games before, this is my first one, so I could just be missing it. I'm so used to the 'WSB2K' games and they have amazing 'Season Modes' and 'GM Modes' that make this game look like a total amateur. If you can afford it, I highly reccomend getting the new one when it comes out, it's gonna be called 'ESPN MLB' this year...it rocks! Anyway, if you happen to find a 'Season Mode' please let me know, thanks! :cheers

There is NO season mode. Just a franchise mode that allows you to play up to 120 seasons. If you want just one season, then just quit after year 1.

When you say 'Franchise Mode' do you mean 'Dynasty Mode?' In the 'Dynasty Mode' are you actually able to play the games? I thought you could only manage them, how do I actually play the games in 'Dynasty Mode?' :mischief2

I'm going to wait till I see ASB 05...

Don't bother, it's a total waste of time...the only games worth crap are 'MVP' and 'ESPN MLB.' :cool
