I've been defending the move a bit lately. She made some good trades earlier but I absolutely despise the no defense, no speed track she has done here. Too many unathletic players who cant stick to their positions. We get some power, but it comes at a cost of batting average, base-running and defense. She may not have deserved to be fired but it was a reasonable ask to tell her to let go of the issue scouts.

Get a catcher. I know the pickings are slim, but need to get something done. I think we will lose Soler. I think Bell is up in the air on whether he takes that option. Need another starter.

So replaced Cooper with Bell and Segura with Burger. I think Cooper is actually better than Bell. Burger is definitely an improvement. Both cost what used to be top prospects that have since lost a lot of value (Eder TJ and Watson being an idiot).

I am not going to pretend I knew anything about this guy before today. But another unathletic poor defensive type. That is a pattern with this team and the guys it goes after. Burger cant stick at third. 1b/DH type, which yea, welcome to the club for this team.
