Alright I am a regular on Orioleshangout.com. I don't post, but i read the board. I know the Orioles Minor League system better than everyone on the board, but i wish i could complain to them about how stupid they are. Right now the O's have a prospect, Paco Figueroa, who is doing well at HIGH A Frederick. These guys basically write him off because he's 23 years old. First of all, he's suffered an injury, and second of all he was drafted out of Miami last year. Give the guy a break. Sometimes NOT all the time, it takes players multiple years of experience to make it to the big leagues. They develop at their own rate.

I think the fact that Zambrano has been by far the most dominant pitcher in both baa and k's, as well as leading the league in wins on a horrible team, lends him my vote. I am biased but I just don't think that any of the other guys have done more for their teams on the mound than Zambrano has. I'm biased too so same here :lol He's been the most dominant NL Pitcher and the fact that he's 10-1 after Cub's losses is just spectacular. He's one of the only guys the Cubs can count on to put them in a position to win every time he goes out there.

Lot's of guys make fun of me because i like that stuff. Not too big on rap.

Oh yeah I know a couple from their organization. It seems like a lot of guys from AAA and Short Season Brooklyn Cyclones have had the most trouble with drug suspensions for the mets.

Reds are hanging on they've shown they can play with the big boys. That deal of Felipe Lopez and Austin Kearns for Clayton and Bray was not too beneficial. Brewers are surging back guys watch out!

Is it just me or do the majority of the Minor League Drug suspensions come from within the Met's organization?

Don't know why but they have some catchy songs. Frank Sinatra is also awesome. But i also like stuff like Spineshank and Breaking Benjamin, heck i even like George Strait.

Aside from all that madness, Dusty Baker is a moron. He doesn't trust rookies, even if they're lights out. Who in their right mind would keep a guy like Glendon Rusch in the rotation with arguably one of the deepest groups of minor league pitchers at AA last year. Every member of the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx rotation from last year has played in the bigs this year, and Dusty didn't want any of them. Exactly you are 100% right. It frusterates the crap out of me. So much talent but they waste rotation spots on bums. Jae kuk Ryu had one major league start and now they call him back up BUT Dusty wants a 29 year old journeyman by the name of Les Walrond to start. This guy was a non roster invitee for crying out loud. It's a shame that he doesn't trust these kids. Guys like Matt Murton played well but got benched. They'd rather have John Mabry out there who can barely maintain a .200 average. The Marlins and Orioles beat them up last offseason: Marlins get: Nolasco, Mitre, Pinto Cubs get: Pierre Orioles get: Corey Patterson Cubs get: Nate Spears (.250 at high A), Carlos Perez (24 yr old pitcher at high A) Perhaps this Walrond guy is one of "dusty's boys"

i was one of the few cubs fans who felt that Dusty Baker deserved a second chance. It wasn't his fault everybody and their brother on the Cubs was getting hurt. It took me longer than most, but i finally realized why Dusty Baker is the stupidest manager in baseball. Dusty calls upon the "young and talented" Roberto Novoa to pitch the 9th inning of a one run game against the Cardinals. Meanwhile Ryan Dempster, the team's closer, sits in the pen and watches no name journeyman Gary Bennet hit a game winning single to center to score Ronnie Belliard, who stole second off Novoa. Right handed hitters bat .177 off Ryan Dempster, and .270 off Roberto. In other words, Dusty goes with one of "his boys" and the Cubs lose another one, 2-1.
