  1. Giants suck. :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol AGREED!!!!!
  2. I like John Mayer. I think he's a great musician. Have fun at the concert! I shall I am in his official fan club as well and hopefully can brownie-hound my way to a backstage pass :thumbup I also like Jason Mraz and have his cd...it's really good too, but Johnny M's my #1 guy.
  3. So they had a falling-out a few seasons back? So what???? Hopefully they'll keep their "lover's quarrels" off the field and do their jobs.
  4. Nick Bierbrodt was on his way to a promising career until he was SHOT while rehabbing in the minors...he and Conti were just with a really crappy team in general after the trade...Conti has a chance to at least redeem himself in the Rangers organization and Bierbrodt is now in the Red Sox org...Lopez still hasn't signed with anyone to my knowledge and Bic Boy, who knows where he's at, last I knew it was the Royals... By the way, a few years ago, the Diamondbacks had three young guns who were very highly-touted prospects...Nick Bierbrodt, John Patterson, and now-World Series Champion Brad Penny (acquired in the July 1999 trade for Matt Mantei)...Bierbrodt has NOT always sucked!!!
  5. ...and David Wells has tested positive for Peanut M&Ms..... Wells is just a lard@$$ to begin with...
  6. OMG THAT IS SO FUNNY! Pedro Rodriguez. Psht. I am sorry, but Schilling will kick Pedro's ass...Go CURT And if Curt can straighten out my boy Finger Flipper Kim, I'll be happy
  7. Maybe you can get "Blow It Burkett" to sign a bowling ball for you :whistle
  8. I think the whole A-God thing is ridiculous too...too much $$$ spent on him to begin with when he went to Texas... Another trade that was a huge bomb, at least out here in AZ, was the Mike DeFelice/Albie Lopez-for-Nick Bierbrodt/Jason Conti one...what did the DBacks get out of that deal? A worthless pitcher and an obnoxious catcher who got himself a one-way ticket to Triple-A for lighting a girls' @$$ on fire in a bar while he was sloshed. Not a very good string of events. Lopez was terrible, DeFelice was 86'd...the DBacks at least washed their hands of them...and what about Raul Mondesi? He was a total clubhouse cancer here and the fans hated him because his acquisition was the result of a HUGE fan favourite (including MINE) leaving...David Dellucci was not only very popular with fans alike, but he was the LAST ORIGINAL Diamondback. Mondesi bombed out too and we all knew he'd be a rent-a-player anyway. I sure hope that Richie Sexson does well for us since we gave up my guy Counsell and 5 other DBacks for him...if Richie turns out to be an "all talk and no action" bust, Joe Garagiola Junior will be getting tons of hate mail from me and the other Counsell fans out there!!!
  9. Same here but my favorite is Michelle Branch. I LOVE her music and have seen her in concert. She is fantastic
  10. I'll let you guys know how the show went...thanx for responding gang
  11. For me it's not fair because I live in Arizona and can't go to Marlins Opening Day LOL I don't get to see the Marlins on tv except for when the Diamondbacks, Cubs, or Braves play them, or they are shown on ESPN.
  12. Mine would have to be Enrique Iglesias and NSYNC LOL Like my other loverboy Craig Counsell, I find myself singing along to Enrique's "Hero" song when nobody's around...CC admitted to being a fan of that song too LOL...and NYSNC...damn friend of mine I used to live with is totally bonkers over them and had me hooked on a lot of their songs...I don't care for Justin Timberlake at all, but I like his music.
  13. Does anyone here like John Mayer? I am going to see him in concert here in Tucson this coming Tuesday and I am really looking forward to his show. I hear he puts on a great show. Just wondered if anyone else here has seen him live and if so, how is he? I will let you all know how the concert was when I get home Tuesday night...Maroon 5 is his opening act and they should be good. I like their music too.
  14. Hey FishFan It sure has been a LONG offseason...am glad to be back on here with the BEST fans in baseball and the BEST team in baseball...Let's go Marlins

  17. Now that I have a brand new computer, I officially have no life except on the internet LOL I spend my time posting, reading emails, chatting, and dicking with my new cd burner And when I am off the net, I hang out sometimes with my new (and hot) roommate Jeff Or, I am sleeping or working...but most my life revolves around my computer nowadays
  18. Heard about it from Ramp on RedsZone.com. Thanks, Ramp. :w00t Same here...thanks a bunch Ramp
  19. Yep, it's true...and I see someone beat me to posting about it but that's fine. I am just happy my buddy David will be out here in AZ for Spring Training...at least I'll get to see him that way
  20. I like DeJean and even though he's a relief pitcher, he can also be used as an emergency starter if absolutely necessary. I saw him start a few games for the Rockies back in '99 and he did a pretty decent job I hope he does well for the Orioles. Happy New Year everyone
  21. Wild guess... The Patriot? I'll give you a hint...the quote I put is from a musical movie...a BIG favourite of mine...another hint...it stars John Travolta...
  22. that EP came out 3-4 weeks ago. His upcoming album will be his last and it'll be a 2 CD album. Most of the songs of the EP are diss song to Benzino and Canibus. The new cd will be his LAST ONE? Why...is he retiring or something???
  23. Airplane How about this one... "Looks like you really put your foot into that one, Chisholm!"
  24. "Would you like a pancake and a smoke eh" (courtesy of DT101) I know this one..."Austin Powers...Goldmember"
  25. On Christmas Eve in Scottsdale, baseball player Eric Hinske woke up and found he'd been robbed, as had 5 other neighbors on his block. His Escalade was stripped of its tires, rims, stereo, and the alarm system was trashed, as were the other 5 cars nearest to him. His tires and rims valued up to $10,000+!!!
