will there be a season 2? i hope not prob not, for these reasons: espn is getting pressure from nfl not to do season 2 several orgs are upset about playmakers its not very popular theyve used every single cliche (drugs, women, practice?) so they couldnt do it again

what an ending!!!!! playmakers just saved the season. a great episode. every player had some problem-what else is new. that was the best ending

How bout this: Lee/Castillo to STL for Bo Hart/JD Drew my opinion: we prob lose Lee or Castillo, so why not trade them right now for a young talent at 2nd and an of w/ a great upside. STL would love it because right now they have one too many OF and they have a hole at 1st. We can afford to lose Luis if we get a run producer for him, and thats exactly what we get in Bo Hart. JD Drew is the wild card here. He could do anything from hitting 30 hr to missing most of the season. thats where juan enc would come into play. having him on the bench to come in late or to take pressure off Drew would be gr8 for this team. Trading Lowell for Helton would be good- if we keep pudge. With my trade, the starting lineup is this: C Pudge/Castro (sign PUDGE) 1B Conine 2B Hart SS A-Gon 3B Lowell LF Cabs CF JP RF Drew/Enc

how could this have happened? the # of sports tragedies is only increasing, just like tragedies all over u.s.

did you see what happened at az fall league? dernell stinson, player for cincy and who was playing in afl, was shot to death in chandler, az. this has to be tough on his afl team as well as the cincy organization and his family. this is terrible.

What did Jack say ? I'll fill you in... he walked out w/ a cigar and gave one to dave later on he talked about how he was a 3rd base coach in wilson, nc and he had this player who would always run thru the stop sign he gave @ 3rd. he told the player next time he did that jack would shoot him. the next day jack was in elon, nc and he bought a blank gun. he knew the guy would run thru the sign again and the next time he did, jack shot his gun like 5 times. the kid was so scared he ran so fast he actually beat the throw. jack said they never had that problem again. later on jack coached 3rd base for omaha, i think. they were playing in denver, and the stadium had an exploding scoreboard. the first game they played there the scoreboard would explode for denver but when omaha hit a hr, nothing happened. jack said he wouldnt let that happen again. the next night, when omaha hit a hr, there was jack @ 3rd, shooting off the blank gun. dave went on to say he was happy for jack and the fish, even though hes a yanks fan. i knew jack would be hilarious, and that blank gun story did not dissapoint. i was on the floor. a gr8 night of comedy. first will ferrell, then jack. wow

look at what trading dumpster and floyd did: we lose: injury prone cliff floyd and walk prone dumpster we get: great fielder juan enc and dependable pitcher pavano dont get me wrong, cliff is a great talent, but injury prone (missed much of 03) dumpster is awful. isnt hard to believe he started opening day here in fla. unbelievable how a trade le retard labeled as stupid turned out to be great. wouldnt be the first time le retard was wrong.

rock raines is the right man for the job we brought him in last yr as a clubhouse influence, so we should do so again ozzie will be missed more than most people realize. remember, 2004 is likely to be j-mac's last yr in baseball and ozzie wouldve replaced him. speaking of ozzie, while im happy he got the job, i have to say cito gaston is blacklisted. how could he not get the job? he does a good job and he has 2 rings to prove it.

I like the show, obviously it has to be overdramatic otherwise there would be nothing interesting about it. i like how its overdramatic, but ive heard it all before. thats the problem. the show is nothing short of plagiarism

Wagner has had arm injuries if I remember correctly but I still think the Phillies made a terrific move here. NL East will be very competitive next year! the phils still have plenty of problems, and the nl east isnt as competitive as you think because.... -phils still have Admin bowa and pat burrell -they will prob lose millwood -they dont have any mid relief -mtl will lose vlad -nym will still be the mets -atl will only get worse this division wont be as good as last yr

all i need is 2 reasons why i have a ps2: gta3 and gta vc. gr8est games ever. bar none. that, and because the controllers are much better than xbox/gc, and because it cuts out all the crap of computer (xbox) and just gives the game. if i wanted a lame computer that has crappy gms, id go to gateway. ps2 has better games, same graphics, much better controllers.

after watching playmakers, it really makes me think about all the things our heroes do when nobody is watching. but i know what makes it realistic-its a ripoff of so many football stories. its ok to take a situation and roll with it, but this is out of control. shall i list the ripoffs? yes:::: -the qb says he is heterosexual and dates women (ripoff of mike piazza) -they play against a qb who can run a 4.5 4o (a la mike vick) -the lb olcyk is depressed (barret robbins) -dh does drogas (so many athletes) -leon beat his wife and cheated on her (so many athletes) the list goes on and on.... it would bee gr8 if it was original, but it isn't. it is a complete ripoff of all the retarded things athletes have done. in short, playmakers sucks a**
