CAFECITO CON LOS MARLINS: The Marlins will be holding a Cafecito con los Marlins at 10:30 a.m. at a Citgo in Miami, located at 5900 SW 8th Street.

 

MARLINS @ SCHOOL WEEK: On the mornings of May 19th, May 20th, and May 21st, all Marlins players, coaches and broadcasters will be visiting classrooms that utilize Marlins @ School, where the students will make a presentation that highlights what they have learned. Over the three-day period, the Marlins will visit 24 South Florida classrooms. Marlins @ School is an on-line curriculum enhancement program that utilizes the Marlins and the sport of baseball to teach the fundamentals of math, science and language arts.

 

HERALD SPOTLIGHT: The Herald/Florida Marlins Team Player spotlight recipients for the month of May will be recognized during a pregame ceremony. The recipients are stellar student athletes, who are currently participating in recreational or travel baseball and softball. The recipients are awarded based upon their academic achievement, conduct and sportsmanship.

 

CARD SHOW: There will be a Sports Card and Memorabilia Show on the Club Level at 241 and 243. RADIO STATIONS: Clasica 92, El Zol 95.7 and BIG 106 will be outside of Pro Player Stadium before the game with music and prizes. BIG 106 will be hosting a live band outside of Gate G before the game.
