It was a toss-up between Willis and Lowell to me. Of course we wouldnt be where we are without Lowell, but I chose Willis because I think he has done so much more than any of his stats could show. He has brought so much good attention to the team and excitement back to the fans. Before this season, could you have imagined all the national media clamoring for a Marlin to get into the all-star game?

Willis has been awesome, and also almost single handedly packed 30k in.

Lowell and Willis are the front runners to me. But I voted Pierre because you can't forget all that Juanpy has done for us this year. Him and Luiy at the top of the order have been HUGE

I agree - it was a toss-up. Dontrelle has been stellar, no doubt about it - and don't even get me started on the publicity - hehe :w00t

 

However, I picked Lowell because I feel like he has helped us win many more games than Dontrelle has.

this is hard, went with dontrelle just cause he has done more than win games, he put us back in the light, people know us now and care, we have a bandwagon now, mostly cause of D, lowell is a very, very close runner up

exactly FishFan. And Willis has 9 wins in what 13 starts? That is dang good.

It's a hard choice between Willis and Lowell but I went with Mikey.

It's a tough choice between Lowell, Pierre and Willis, but I decided to go with Willis not only because of his great pitching and wins, but because of the boost he has given this team. When he came he lit a fire under this team and they have become a contender.

I voted for Dontrelle.

Willis has been a savior. Willis wins, sorry Mikey, but he has brought life back into the team.

if not for lowell's slump in teh last couple weeks it would be extremely close.

Willis, the man literally came and saved our season when our rotation was in shambles with Aj, Beckett, and Redman out. he gave us the shot in the arm we needed, without him this team would be, well: taken apart and sold off like a stolen car.

Juan Pierre, we wouldnt be no where without him. He is the leadoff hitter and he has done his job to get on base. He has scored a good portion of our runs and never has a bad game. Keep in mind all the plays he hasdone to save us....he deserves it and he is hitting .300

 

I did pick Alex because he started slumping late in the 1st half. Pudge just started hitting good and Willis hasnt been with us the whole year. I was about to pick Lowell but Pierre deserves it alot.
