I personally prefer the Home Run Derby, but that is me.

i USED to like the slam dunk contest back when all the dunks were original now people are running out of ideas

Slam Dunk Contest by far.

the slam dunk competition and the derby are both great, but i actually perfer the the 3 point shootout. i just like the pressure put on a player because he has to try to get all the balls off all the racks in a small amount of time, and of course try to hit the shot.

Derby beats slam dunk because it involves the fans more. Fans can catch the balls, fans can get $1 million if they hit the mastercard signs, and fans can win the house being given away.

HR derby , even tho the Slam Dunk is right behind the HR derby

HR Derby by alot but i also like the Slam Dunk Contest....

Nothing beats the celebrity game with the old people trying to hit...

 

especially Rollie Fingers who didnt really nail down the concept last year of hitting the ball. :mischief2

the slam dunk contest would be cool if people like Kobe, T-Mac, VC, KG, etc. were allowed in it. It's boring when you have a bunch of no-names (or not so well known names) in it.

 

Home Run Derby is better I guess.....but I really dont care much for All-Star events (including the actual All Star game).

I think NHL skills is the most impressive.

 

 

But the best has to be the hot dog eating championship. Kobayashi is a monster

And there is always a great chance of hurting an ankle or knee when dunking.

i think they should have a bunting competition.
