Mets_bs
Were they playing at Shea? Cause with the way the crowd and the Marlins announcers reacted on both homeruns, it sure seemed like it was.
Beetle
Yes, I was there and the crowd was markedly pro-Mets last night. With Pedro starting, and the amount of New Yorkers living in the area, it's no surprise.
FishFan24
Kinda hard not to be when the team is winning 10-1, isn't it? It was definately the other way around in the first game though.
MarlinsChik305
I was actually wondering wether they moved the game to New York. The fans got excited when they scored runs and the announcers screamed when a homerun/run was made. Where were all the Marlins fans?

The Mets guys commented on how it sounds like Shea several times.

Snow Birds There were not all Met fans their yesterday, its just because half of the Met fans were all drunk... so they screamed louder :lol
prinmemito
We have a lot of New Yorkers in South Florida. They need to become more acclimated to the culture of South Florida. Those that want to continue to cheer for their New York teams should be deported back to New York. :plain :lol :lol

legacyofCangelosi
I just hate the fact that waltz gets so excited when the other team hits a HR. On the radio i listen to Hall of Famer Felo Ramirez and when the other team hits a homer he says it in a somber almost sad tone. Thats the way it should be. I don't know if he is trying to compensate so he doesn't sound too much like a homer, but if that is the case he needs to tone it down a bit and become more balanced. I prefer listening to the game actually, because it gets a bit annoying.

I tried giving Rich a chance and I don't think I like him much. :confused
