Hearing "he gone" makes me want to jump off a building

I personally detest Hawk, and have rarely heard anyone who actually thinks he is a good commentator(even ChiSawx fans), so I dont get where this dude is getting all this man-love from.

1. "It's in the win column!," Joe Angel. I'll never forgive him for killing the radio call of Craig Counsell scoring the winning run against the Indians in Game 7.

 

Does anyone have this particular call?

I don't know why Joe Angel is on there- it's not a bad saying; it seems he's only in there because of whatever he said at the end of game 7. I also like Sterling's HR call, and I am loathe to compliment anything Yankee.

If you're a Marlins fan, Joe Angel's call of Game 7 was right on target. The one he "killed" though was the final game of the NLCS that year.

In one of Dan George's (the guy who does the power rankings for CNNSI) columns towards the beginning of the year, he referred to Luft as a die-hard Marlins fan, or as much as is possible for someone in the national media.

You know what I hate? When sosa hits a home run and the ESPNEWS crew says "Dominicano". Or for Cabrera they'll say "Venezolano".

I grew up with Angels call and I still dont really care one way or the other, I dont think its the worst call of all time, but not one of the best.
