Last two outings have been shaky. His hamstring isn't 100%, so let's make him throw alot early.

I have to say that when I saw Duca hobbling around the bases, and Jonesy get that DP I began to feel that 03 magic even more and if we can go out there and pound the Rocket tommorow I dont know if there will be any stopping us.

You know the Rocket will be up for the game. But if we remain patient and AJ keeps us in it, we'll have a good chance to get the W.

He's won 11 out of 28 or 29 games this year. I would say he's beatable.

no we didn't beat him. Uggie gave up a 2 run triple to Ruben Sierra and couldn't close the door. We won the game, but Clemens got a ND

I'd like to see Looie and JP (and maybe others) bunting like crazy against Clemens (ala Wells in '03) early and often, and make him work, work, work that hamstring.

In his 2 starts this month Roger has a 7.88 ERA in 8 innings. Given up 7 walks and struck out only 4. Hopefully this isn't the game where he turns things around. Hopefully our hitters are patient and Roger keeps doin what he's been doin this month!
