Not too exotic.........

I've had horsemeat and goat in the Domincan Republic. The horsemeat was pretty good, kind of sweet and really, really tender. The goat was fine, nothing to write home about, a little gamey. I don't really eat that on a regular basis.

I eat Indian/Pakistani food once a month or so, Middle Eastern once and awhile.

bored?

I really enjoy baklava.

Oxtail or goat.

Ostrich is awesome. For those of you that haven't tried it, it's actually a red meat and tastes like filet mignon.

I don't know if sushi counts as exotic anymore. I have actually tried puffer fish - which is supposed to be illegal.

I would also steer people away from Bear and Conch. Bear tastes like open rectum and conch tastes like rotten rubber only not as good.

I just had elk again last week, which is always good. I have venison probably 4 times a year while it's in season. Venison is another meat I really like.

falafel (sp)

:D

Dude I had elk when I was up in Vermont last summer. They were grazing in field next to the restaurant and I freaking ate one. Worst decision ever.

I don't eat any of that crazy shiz. At some restuarant in Brazil they kept trying to give me chicken's heart so I'm like Screw you guys-I'm going home.

Yeah, it has to be cooked properly. If you don't like your meat on the slightly rare side of medium rare, it can come out kind of tough. It's really good with sesame seeds and sweet sauces like plum or cherry.

Help me out here, Chefbob!

I love pigs feet, oysters - I can eat 60 of these in one session.

Tripe sandwiches are awesome (tripe = boiled cow intestines).

I like rabbit (in fricassea...egg/lemon sauce, really really good), and goat, goat is a lot like lamb (at least the way I eat it...roast).

Before the whole mad cow disease started, fried cow brains...that stuff is good.

Chicken hearts are good, but I hate liver.

I tried a pigs blood pie once...that was too much even for me. (although my dad says if you make it with chocolate it is real good...if I ever get the chance I'll try it).

Ostrich I've never tried, although I've always been curious to try the ostrich burger at Fuddrockers.

Where are you from?

I've had alligator, escargot and turtle, not a huge fan of alligator.

Love oysters, sushi, tartar, anything from the raw bar, foie gras, patte.

Not a huge fan of "game" meats, but if prepared properly I can see why some would like them.

Italy.

I just had 'tartara'...its raw ground beef, one raw egg, lots of tabasco, lots of lemon, a drop of worcheister (sp?) sauce.

I ate a pigeon head while in China. I also ate snake and drank it's blood, plus a bunch of other stuff I was afraid to ask what it was.
