I'm looking forward to reading your reasons for world poverty. Even though you're not in college yet, I think you can still contribute significantly and provide some insights a lot of us might not have. I'm curious about your imperialism argument because there was a very strong development theorists that argued (somewhat convincingly) something like that. It's called dependency theory. One of the original dependency theorists is Fernando Henrique Cardoso, the former president of Brazil. A good number of other scholars further developed his theory in the decades after he first wrote about it. Look it up and see if it matches up closely to your own theories. :thumbup You can also PM me if you want more info.
