Friday night: Beckett vs. Burnett

Featured Replies

Tomorrow night the Blue Jays are hosting the Red Sox and it's gonna be Burnett vs. Beckett in the first match-up of our former two aces.

I have no animosity towards either player, but in saying that I hope Burnett gets lit up and Beckett continues on his hot streak and goes to 4-0.

AJ Baby!!

Wow. I wish it was on ESPN. Doesn't look like it though.

OBTW, I'm rooting for Josh. AJ can burn in hell.

I hope Beckett wins this game and AJ gets lit up. :thumbup

Let's go Beckett!

I want to see this sooooooooooooo badly.

It's like picking a favorite child though, I just hope both do well and it's blown by a bullpen.

I hope AJ throws a complete game shutout, and Josh goes 8 scoreless with the bullpen giving up 1 in the 9th

How about Josh goes 9 shut out inning and AJ goes 9 as well but in the bottom of the ninth AJ gives up a walkoff homerun to Mike Lowell.

I hope Josh throws a no-hitter and AJ gets knocked out in the 1st inning.

Or that. :lol It's in Toronto though.

AJ will be victorious......Go Jays
