Amtrak and the Florida Marlins have agreed to start running a special playoff train from Miami to San Francisco with transfers in Orlando and Los Angeles. The trains will be sold first come, first serve and the trip will take 4-5 days depending on location of departure and include scenic routes through the Southeast, Southwest and California.

It will be marked as D-Train Express on AMTRAK.com. More stops are available in Florida including Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale, Sanford, West Palm Beach, and other Florida stations along the line.

*Not a real Press release, just for pep rally purposes.

look its this simple.

win tonight.

win 2 out of 3 vs philly.

win 2 out of 3 vs new york.

that gives you the wildcard or at worst a playoff game.

not that difficult.

It can be done.

but "simple" is an understatment

we have the phillies right where we wanted them

a win tonight would be big

really big

who would go on that amtrak thing to see the Marlins

it is so damn long, by the time you get home you miss the home games

but if you live in central florida you can come down here
