June 10, 200620 yr damn it did i know that when uggla got thrown out at the plate becuase meachem waved him around for no reason at all and the jake smashed that homer. i just knew that run would be the difference in the game.HAPPENS EVERYTIME!!! wat is it going to take for girardi to realize that ramirez is in a slump and needs to sit right now. he went from .340 down to .297. get alfredo in there!!!!!!!
June 10, 200620 yr Its a long season, no way a rookie like Hanley will sustain an average near .340. Having 2 on, no out and not scoring anyone is more of a difference
June 10, 200620 yr The difference was the bottom of the 5th, top of the 6th inning. I don't have that big of a problem being aggressive early in a ballgame.
June 10, 200620 yr Author i just dont understand how they cant adjust to a 91 mile an hour fastball down the middle

June 10, 200620 yr For a start if Uggla was still on 3rd the likelihood of Jacobs getting the exact same pitch to hit out of the yard would be very slim, who's to say he wouldn't have had that homer? A lot of what ifs. The difference was our clutch hitting, not just that one play. Young was awesome. That's about it really.
June 10, 200620 yr The difference was our #5 and #6 spots batting in the lineup. Combined 1 for 8 with 6 strikeouts and 7 LOB. Borchard = #7 hitter and below. :thumbdown

June 10, 200620 yr Difference in the game was when Ricky gave up the triple to Young.... You can thank Hermida for that...it was single that was misplayed into a triple... :whistle
