June 28, 200620 yr Rocket, of course, gets no help in his last start as Fransisco Liriano dominates the 'Stros lineup. Tonight he pitches 6 scoreless innings. Walks 2 in the seventh. He's taken out and the Tigers score 3 runs. The Astros have not scored any runs tonight against Nate Robertson.
June 28, 200620 yr no point in paying him so much money if their not gona help him out and score some runs.
June 28, 200620 yr Besides Berkman, the 'Stros line-up is a joke. Burke has been good, though he definitely shouldnt be in teh 3 hole. Biggio has been great at home, but sucks nuts on the road. Thats really the only positives at this point. Ausmus was hitting the ball really well early but sucks donkey nuts now. *shrugs*

He should have gone to the rangers, a lot of run support there and could easily fit into that mess of a rotation

He should have gone to the rangers, a lot of run support there and could easily fit into that mess of a rotation because he lives in houston. because drayton has a hardon for anyone who acutally lives or is from that area. because his kid is in the organization. because he has partial ownership of 2 of the minor league teams. becuase he has a personal services contract once he retires with them. and because they gave him some decent money. i dont think there was ever any way he was going anywhere but houston.

I feel bad for him, I know this is not the last time rocket will have another QS thrown away by a shut-out prone offence
June 28, 200620 yr I didn't think the "I need to be perfect for the offence" bug would bite Andy but I guess it did.
June 28, 200620 yr i was at the game...it was a great game..clemens threw well but he turned the game over to dan wheeler who inherited runners on first and second, the tig's got a hit and the astros bascially gave them runs. everett had a horrid throwing error..

June 28, 200620 yr Ensberg's not too shabby..... morgan ensberg's .240 avg would beg to differ. The Astros arent exactly 'out' of the playoff picture. They are what 5 games out with a ton fo games against hte top team.
