So there is a difference b/w a 14 yo boy that wants to have sex w his teacher and does and a 14 yo boy or girl that is molested without actual consent.

I would equate what you said to saying 14 year old girls never want to have sex or have never constented to it. And I just don't believe it. YES, there are instances of rape and molestation that happen like that, possibly for boys as well as girls, but you can't say it doesn't happen the other way either. Interesting note: the choir director of my old high school slept with and had a kid with one of his students when she was a freshman. They got married and teach together to this day and he didn't get busted for sh*t. She was 15 when this happened (kid was 9, she was 24 when she taught us) and you're telling me that wasn't consentual!? Apparently you misread what I said, my answer wasnt gender specific. It was consent vs. nonconsent specific regardless of age. The problem is with both sexes, if the consent is true consent or if it was achieved through manipulation, and thats why legal ficitons were created to protect younger folks. But the truth is a 14 yo boy consenting to sex with a 30 yo teacher is no more a victim than a 14yo boy consenting to sex with a 15 yo girl. And the same is true genderwise. Now this is not to say that the teacher isnt a pervert or some kind of deviant
