CB Fred Smoot is back in Washington!

LB London Fletcher signs with Washington!

Nice work so far, but we gotta replace Dockery at LG.

LMAO....your team's a joke....they want to deal the 6th pick for Dre Bly.....You throw money at garbage and have no future in the process.....Skins fans around here hate the offseason so far.....

I don't really see why we need Dre Bly. Smoot's back, we have Rogers and Springs already.

Springs is getting dealt.....

The Bills today signed Chris Brown, further pushing Willis McGahee out the door. At this point I expect him to be dealt (probably to Baltimore) for a conditional 2008 pick, dependent on playing time and production, that could rise as high as a 2nd but would likely be 3rd or 4th rounder.

Denver has had a nice off season so far.

Fred Smoot should be good for a laugh or two this year Dodge

-Former Ravens RB Jamal Lewis signs with the Browns

Hmmmmm...

I thought he was washed up, but we shall see how he does with little to no O-line.

I'm just glad the Bengals resigned Reggie Kelly.

-Former Ravens RB Jamal Lewis signs with the Browns

Him and Droughns will be beast. Droughns is due for a breakout year. The Browns still need help on the o-line, though. Maybe Gaines Adams will fall to them.

Droughns sucks and was a product of the Denver system. I've seen that guy in person about five times and it was only under Denver that he was really worth a damn.

2000 yards at 24, washed up at '07? Thats unbelievable.

Yeah, I'll say washed up is an overstatement, but I'll definitely go with really hit and miss. He has big games and he has games where you'd swear he was the invisible man.

I will say this, I'm glad the Bengals are a draft, develop and keep team, moreso like the Ravens and Steelers, than the Browns who are going crazy this offseason. Because I really believe this can work, and spending too much money on all these band-aids out there isn't a long term cure for most of these teams.

I have no doubt the Browns will probably be a better overall team next year, but in a year or two they're going to have to cut dudes and realign again and go back to sucking because of how they're spending their money.

I hope the bills get rid of McGahee, it seems like every time he plays the jets he would have 150 yards rushing.

willis is now raven, am i like the only one that thinks willis has the potenial to be a 1500 yard back? and in a year that looks everyone in the AFC EAST is getting beter the bills are the only one's going backward, and i still have no confidence in J.P Losman...

Yup. Willis McGahee is off to Baltimore. By the way, Dolphins back-up RB Travis Minor signed with the Rams. Miami has some major work to do on offense.

So much wasted potential with McGahee. I guess Buffalo is better off without him, being that he didn't want to be there. I'm just surprised they were able to get the amount of picks they did.

That's a pretty good haul for McGahee all things considered. This offseason will depend on how they draft (four picks in the top 100 is nice) and who they replace Willis with, though the o-line additions thusfar are very promising.

Its to early to tell for the dolphins. The added porter but their offense is worse than last years. However lets wait for the draft and free agency before we start determining who got better and who didnt.

Actually, one could make the point we got better by cutting "Body Catcher McMike" and "Drama Queen Mare". Our offense all rests on the shoulders of the QB, so let's see what happens heading into training camp.

I love the confidence Jets fans have after last years miraculous season.

Where am I saying that?

The dolphins lost their two top recievers in terms of receptions, their back up RB and QB.

Culpepper was terrible when he played last year and the season before in Minn. I am not saying harrington was good, but most dolphins fans had left culpepper for dead once Harrington made his first few starts. If losing 120 (combined) receptions from the year before means improving, then the dolphins have done so.

McMichael wasn't all that special he had a lot of drops and fumbles and was basically unreliable all year.

I read on Yahoo that the dolphins just signed feely to a 3 year deal

I wasnt trying to defend the wife beater, however he still was second on the team in receptions. Saying the dolphins got better by releasing him is foolish.

I don't really think the Dolphins lost much in McMichael. He's pretty overrated. Probably below average as a blocking tight end, and he has below average hands. He lost the Green Bay game singlehandedly when he had two balls bounce of his hands for INTs, including one returned for a TD. He was a pretty good receiving threat as a TE--I'll give him that. But in terms of his actual contribution to the offense, I don't know if I'd rank him in the Top 15 TEs. I really don't think we'll miss him at all.

Welker's the one guy we'll miss, but if we draft Ginn then that's kind of a non-issue.

Saints sign Eric Johnson.. was hoping the Bears would snag this guy to put next to Dez Clark. Will be a nice addition to NO.
