May 13, 200719 yr Kim cant be worse then Julio. At least Kim provides a different look coming out of the bullpen. More importantly is the fact that Kim gives us another long term option along with Gregg and Gardner. That way the bullpen's long relief innings don't have to be given to guys like Matt Lindstrom.

Kim is getting $2.5 million this season, so the salary is a wash. As far as perfomance, I'm not expecting big things from Kim. A bonus is that this trade prevents the Marlins from having to face Kim, who we always seem to have problems with.
