Are you allowed to at Dolphins Stadium or do they eject you?

I heard some people yelling throw it back at a game recently about 3 times.

happens all the time, i doubt they'll eject you.

they allow it at Wrigley Field, why wouldnt they here? far as i know its allowed.

Been there a few times that it happened, they don't even get close to ejecting you. The CSC event staff security guy by me was laughing as everyone chanted "throw it back".

Looked at the Marlins page and it doesent say anything about ejecting you for it, it didnt even mention throwing a ball back. Hope I dont have to though. Anyone ever gotten into the autograph and pictre sessions with the Marlins players?

If it's a homerun ball from the opposing team I wouldn't want that sh*t.

Lol, yea. I would sell it for a few bucks so someone else can throw it back or keep it themselves.

Yeah, unless it was like Barry Bonds'.

Exactly, unless it's a ball that can make me rich I don't wanna have anything

to do with it.

what I hear some fans do is carry extra balls with them and then throw that ball back and keep the home run ball...don't know if thats true or not. I would definently throw Bonds' ball back though. I don't want a false record ball in my hands.

Screw the record! That thing is a winning lotto ticket.

If you throw barry bonds record ball back.... first of all you probably don't know whats going on. Second, you're an idiot for even throwing any ball back and you'll deserve the humiliation you are about to get. and third... probably every1 will rush the field to get that ball back after its thrown.

That ball represents a winning lotto ticket.

Any1 remember how much bartman's ball was bought for (i believe for 100k+)? well... that times 100.

They did it on Wednesday, with that homer they hit off Gardner.

I was in full chant in the outfield for that one.

lol, i heard you guys in the outfield. I was by the Marlins Bullpen, i was wearing a Dodgers hat. I must say I've sat everywhere in that park and the spot where you have the most fun is in the Outfield. There's some crazy mother f***ers that like to sit there.

Fern, I have to disagree with you. With all due respect, I think it's stupid to throw back a home run ball. What are the chances you will ever catch a ball from a major leaguer? And then when you finally get the opportunity to, you throw it back on the field? Imagine a Royals fan throwing back a Miggy homer. It's ludicrous. You can be a Marlins fan and still appreciate other players in the league.

I usually don't sit in the outfield, but if I did and caught a homerun ball I wouldn't throw it back. Total Cub bs that has infected the game. Almost as bad as the wave.

Just cuz I'd throw the ball back doesn't mean I don't respect other players in

the league. I dunno, I guess i'd just look at it as the ball that cost us a

run, maybe more. Anyway, I think I saw you on the kissing cam the

other day against Cleveland.

People that chant throw the ball back are all idiots and jealous they didn't catch the ball. It just makes that person really uncomfortable and probably feels pressure to throw it back while he/she doesn't want to.

I would never throw a ball back, i would tell people to fu** off.

Yes you did. :cool

Damn straight, I sit there on every single Saturday home game that I can go to. Never had so much fun. Everyone is jumping and all into the game, always getting into the

"Throw it back" chant when the opposing team hits a HR.

I agree with you totally on this. Cubs fans are just so bitter that they have not seen a championship in forever, they have lost all respect for the game. If I get the opportunity to catch a homerun ball, I am most likely keeping it regardless of who hit it. If the player were someone that I could not stand, then I would look for a kid in the stands that I could give it t who would appreciate it more.

What most people don't realize is especially at Wrigley they'll throw a batting practice ball back on the field not the actual HR ball. I don't know about other stadiums, but the usual people that hang out in the OF bleachers get there way early and catch all the BP homers so they have a good supply to throw one back.
