October 29, 200717 yr Author I know we expect FSU, Florida and Miami to be better than they are now, but right now we have six out of seven I-A schools with winning records, and UCF and FAU still have conference hopes. This is a pretty good year for Florida I-A football. :mischief

This is a pretty good year for Florida I-A football. :mischief I think this season UM, FSU and Florida will probably have more combined losses than any other season the past 25 or so seasons so I don't think this is a good year for Florida football and I don't see things getting better for either FSU or UM in the near future.
October 29, 200717 yr Temple's got Ohio this week in a crucial MAC game....Believe it or not, The Owls can make the MAC title game.

UM wont be good until they get a good QB. Next year Kirby will still suck and although I've read about 20000 times how great Marve will be the bottom line is no one has any idea if he'll be any good given that QB recruits are very difficult to predict and he wasn't even that highly rated coming out of HS (10th highest rated QB).

October 29, 200717 yr FSU is going to be past their depressing era next year when EJ Manuel goes under center. Unfortunately I have a strong feeling that he won't get a shot to start until his soph year
October 29, 200717 yr FSU and UM will get better, just not next year. Next year should be UF's year. If not, I'd say we're pretty much going to be average for the forseeable future.
