What's your job?

Featured Replies

I work as a personal banker for Bank of America in a call center, needless to say I get cussed out over OD fees every other day.

What's your job?

college student. start my freshman year in August

I'm currently looking for a job to help pay for it, though. So far, no luck :confused

I have a hospitality staffing business. I staff bartenders/cooks/servers etc. in South Florida for companies that don't want to keep their own staff, but need these types of workers for special events.

I can't see myself doing anything else outside of the hospitality industry.

Does a forum board like this make a good amount of money per month? I'm just wondering because I have been wanting to start a site sports related site and been looking into it and wondering if its worth it

No it doesn't, you'll lose money running a site like this actually.

Don't listen to Admin, he makes a million dollars every time someone posts something.

I work at Abercrombie & Fitch doing... nothing. It's a really slack job but I've been there for almost a year now.

I am an employment consultant for individuals with intellectual disabilities. I assist people with finding employment. Once they are employed, I help to ensure that they are able to perform the basic duties expected of them on the job site. I provide weekly visits to their job sites to assist them with any difficulties that they, or their employer may have in regards to the participant.

Well, I don't have any intellectual disabilities, but do you think you could help me find a job?

Just kidding.

But really, I'm glad to hear stories of people who make a positive impact on the world. Hats off to you

until I move I am the Financial Director for the Fund for Public Interest and Research. I work out of a satellite office. I was originally working in Boston, but moved because I was sick of the area so they moved me.

In about two months I will be moving to Hallandale and working for BGT Partners basically doing the same thing, but instead of 8 people under me I will now have 4 (but making more money--great to be out of the NPO's.)

Only 22, but I got in with FFPIR when I was a freshman in college, and because its an NPO it moved me up the ladder quick. I got really lucky, except hte pay sucks. I have been there for 3 1/2 years and I am only making 19.00/hr (salary)

My old job really is. All I do is have expense vouchers sent to me and then I approve them and write a check. Every now and then I work with the State PIRG's, but thats just to help in approving new street team budgets and staffing budgets.

BGT will be different, because I will do more than approve people eating at BK and getting money back, but still looking at expense sheets :D. Its boring, but it gives me a lot of free time-->Like right now :whistle

College student at the University of Miami. I've had the opportunity to have a job/internship the past two summers with the Sarasota Reds.

Hey, I live in Sarasota, hook me up with some tickets to Ed Smith...

And are they looking for any more employees? I just graduated from UF with a degree in journalism at a time when all news outlets are making cutbacks. I'm about ready to turn my back on journalism and want to work in baseball.
