Kevin Gregg with another blown save. Unbelievable.

Thanks to the umpire.

Waaa...?

He had the hitter on 2 strikes still...twice. Couldn't finish them. Uggla even made a very nice play for him. And he still blows it, after 2 outs.

C'mon...you're not gonna get every borderline call, either. That umpire sucked for both teams tonight; he called one on Reyes in about the 6th inning, that almost hit the dirt.

Whatever. Tomorrow is another day.

It's really a shame, because if the Marlins had a good closer this year and had the first half pitching that we have had in the second half, this team is without question a playoff team.

Well...look at the bright side.

At least one of my favorite all-time Marlins started the rally, for the Mets. It always sucks watching Lui wearing a Mets uniform.

I am so depressed. That is the epitome of marlins baseball this year. Lead going into the ninth, bullpen blows game, team comes back in ninth to make it close and fail to close out the win.

Another blown save by that pathetic excuse for a closer. I don't wanna see him on the team roster next year tomorrow.

Borderline? The pitch to Castillo was a strike all night and in the 9th, the pitch he made to Wright was a strike for Ayala. Face it, he got 5 outs in that inning and still is getting the heat for this loss.

I have a feeling it is Lindstrom's time to shine. Fredi go and put Lindstrom in the close, season is basically over, might as well see if he can close out games and be our closer next year

No excuses. This one was on Gregg.

Like I said, its not an excuse. Its a fact.

Dim0615, we understand. youre depressed, lol

sorry, accidently clicked the button 3 times when it froze and posted it 3 times, that's happened to me a lot :thumbdown

Gregg was screwed on 2 calls that would have ended the inning, but, much like a few days back, he didn't pitch around it. The umpire didn't make him surrender a slam
