August 30, 200817 yr we would demote him but we dont want him to screw up the playoffs over there and we dont wanna pay the 2 mil to relase his ass
August 30, 200817 yr now i think we out playoff no way we make it let look forward to 2009 without Kevin Gregg
August 30, 200817 yr i knew gregg was gunna blow the game... 2 outs and he loads the bases and gives up a grand slam, un be effin lievable
August 30, 200817 yr Another blown save by that pathetic excuse for a closer. I don't wanna see him on the team roster next year.
August 30, 200817 yr Kevin Gregg with another blown save. Unbelievable. Thanks to the umpire. Waaa...? He had the hitter on 2 strikes still...twice. Couldn't finish them. Uggla even made a very nice play for him. And he still blows it, after 2 outs. C'mon...you're not gonna get every borderline call, either. That umpire sucked for both teams tonight; he called one on Reyes in about the 6th inning, that almost hit the dirt. Whatever. Tomorrow is another day.
August 30, 200817 yr It's really a shame, because if the Marlins had a good closer this year and had the first half pitching that we have had in the second half, this team is without question a playoff team.
August 30, 200817 yr Author Kevin Gregg with another blown save. Unbelievable. Thanks to the umpire. No excuses. This one was on Gregg.
August 30, 200817 yr Well...look at the bright side. At least one of my favorite all-time Marlins started the rally, for the Mets. It always sucks watching Lui wearing a Mets uniform.
August 30, 200817 yr marlins are now 7 GAME OUT no way we will come back from this hopefully marlins learn from this take it into 2009
August 30, 200817 yr I am so depressed. That is the epitome of marlins baseball this year. Lead going into the ninth, bullpen blows game, team comes back in ninth to make it close and fail to close out the win.
August 30, 200817 yr Another blown save by that pathetic excuse for a closer. I don't wanna see him on the team roster next year tomorrow.
August 30, 200817 yr Are you f***ing kidding me. Even Mike Piazza could have gotten it over the plate.

The pitch to Castillo was a strike all night and in the 9th, the pitch he made to Wright was a strike for Ayala. Face it, he got 5 outs in that inning and still is getting the heat for this loss.
August 30, 200817 yr Another blown save by that pathetic excuse for a closer. I don't wanna see him on the team roster next year tomorrow. I have a feeling it is Lindstrom's time to shine. Fredi go and put Lindstrom in the close, season is basically over, might as well see if he can close out games and be our closer next year
August 30, 200817 yr Kevin Gregg with another blown save. Unbelievable. Thanks to the umpire. No excuses. This one was on Gregg. Like I said, its not an excuse. Its a fact.
August 30, 200817 yr Dim0615, we understand. youre depressed, lol sorry, accidently clicked the button 3 times when it froze and posted it 3 times, that's happened to me a lot :thumbdown
August 30, 200817 yr Gregg was screwed on 2 calls that would have ended the inning, but, much like a few days back, he didn't pitch around it. The umpire didn't make him surrender a slam
