For anyone thats interested I just saw some details about their upcoming arby cases:

 

Willingham wanted $3.6m, Nats offered $2.55m

 

Olsen wanted $3.5m, Nats offered $2.5m

 

Jacobs wanted $3.8m, Royals offered $2.75m

Interesting... Will see who wins their case and who doesnt

Seeing these figures, it's even more obvious that they had to go. All will likely be making more than Cody, Jeremy, Nolasco, JJ, and others.

Yeah but the Nationals are known for being huge non factors.

That is true but they won't suck forever. Although, yes it'd be much worse trading players to the Mets/Phillies.

true considering we got poop in return, but its better to go to the Nationals then the Mets where they seem to like collecting our former players..
