I like the unis, all except the script used on the logo. It looks like a wave and the Padres should use a text like the road unis which is alot like a mission theme. The wave makes the Padres name look misplaced. The unis otherwise look nice.

The wave theme is the theme they are going for, so I guess that would mean they were successful.

 

 

The friar/mission theme was the dominant theme in the 70s/80s...

 

 

San Diego is going for a more modern outlook of San Diego....

 

 

Still I would change the hat, I still dont like that.

I'm fine with the hat. The wave looks is the only bad part i see, but as soon as i get used to it, it will fade away.

i like it that they changed everything except for the one good thing: the hat logo.

I think any time a team changes ballparks they should change uniforms unless the team has great uniforms.

I agree the Road uniform is terrible.

but the logo are raw as f*** i think and the home jersey is pretty straight
