September 21, 200916 yr Thank you. --A Stros fans. In all seriousness, everyone saw this coming. McLane has become disenchanted with Coop (and the same goes for fans over McLane).
September 21, 200916 yr Aw, Cecil Cooper. Living in Marlins infamy as the man who intentionally walked somebody to get to Hanley Ramirez. Well done sir, proving a chimpanzee can manage better than you.
September 21, 200916 yr Aw, Cecil Cooper. Living in Marlins infamy as the man who intentionally walked somebody to get to Hanley Ramirez. Well done sir, proving a chimpanzee can manage better than you. At least he walked a .400+ .OBP guy. Fredi Gonzalez walked a minor leaguer to face an All-Star. Same sh*t, worse smell.
September 21, 200916 yr Nice to see Drayton is gonna blame Cecil for this stupid season. Granted Cooper sucked, but there are far greater problems. Like having zero farm system due to Drayton directly.
September 23, 200916 yr Its easy to say Cooper was a bad manager, but like Acta when you don't have the horses you can't stay in the race. My hope is Cooper gets another shot,he could probably use some more experience in winter ball or minors.
