Miggy Cabrera is a beast

Recommended Posts

His line this year: .352 Ranked Third; 16 HR (Tied for first); and 51 RBI (First).

.352/.426/.684 (OPS of 1.110) - wow.

He's on pace to hit 50 home runs and drive in 160 runs. He just turned 27. He likely has at least 5-6 career years ahead of him after this one. The Tigers robbed us in that trade.

If only we didn't make that trade, then we could see him putting up those numbers in NYC.

Or more likely LA, but then we would have had the comfort of at least having the return of Matt Kemp patrolling centerfield, Chad Billingsley rounding out the rotation, and James Loney at first. :)

Andrew Miller is a beast too. Not too many pitchers walk hitters like he does.

And Cameron Maybin helped us witness a perfect game...for the opponent, but hey, history is still history!

Also worth noting that Hopper leads the league in hopping after pitches. Which is entertaining.

Detroit's just lucky we decided to be fair and let Rabelo and De La Cruz go, that's all.
