Pretty good job by the Bullpen finishing the game of, a little shaky here and there but they got through with minimal damage and held the lead. Keep the Wins coming and build up a nice winning steak to get back in the playoff race.
June 23, 201016 yr good win and finally the damn braves lose so hopefully we can gain some more ground. did not like the 3 run homer but anibal settled down nicely. oh and once again tim wood is terrible as he proved in the 9th.
June 23, 201016 yr Where is backup catcher? These days, it seems we have only one catcher in active roster, I think. If Paulino is not the real superman, I think Heyes was taken the chance at the backstop, once in a week. (like a day game or against league-bottom teams)
June 23, 201016 yr I thought Fox had a 3 run homer against Tank in the 7th..very fortunate it wasnt 6-6 then. Several hard hit balls off Anibal but they hit them at people and the defense was great especially Cody. We should sweep against this crummy 19-51 team.

Hayes can outright catch, just no bat. But Paulino can not keep this up for the season. Baker's bat isn' going to be back any time soon. Are they thinking major trade (multi team, or a series of trades) if we are in it by mid July? One that will bring pen help AND a catcher?
June 23, 201016 yr Great game! Hanley got some nice hits with RISP and Anibal settled down really nice after allowing that 3 Run HR. Only thing is I really would have liked to see Houser or Sanabia pitch in the 9th being up 10-4 that way we can ease them in.
June 23, 201016 yr This team could really use a sweep and possibly get rolling and gain some momentum before the AS break. Was really liking the glovework last night,Cogs,Cody and Uggla making some plays. The O's are quite terrible.
