July 1, 201016 yr finally people start acknowledging the sucess luna is having which i have been saying all along.....not to mention he raked in ST. It will be good to get hensley back and hopefully get rid of strickland. Brian Barden needs to be off of this team, Boni has a better chance of getting on just with his speed. this is f***ing ridiculous that the FO is this stupid.
July 1, 201016 yr Pretty Bad loss but at least we won the series. Sweep should've been that momentum shifter but the errors killed us. I didn't watch the whole game but how did we not score more runs with 17 hits?!?!?!?!?! We should start the ATL series strong with J.J. on the mound Friday against Kris Medlin who we should put a few runs up against which should be enough for J.J. to get the win. I honestly wanted this sweep but I'll deal if we can win 4 or 5 series in a row and gain ground on the division before the All Star break. Also why is Brian Barden still on the team? Lamb usually could put good wood on the ball but Barden is just awful at the plate and I'm pretty sure we could find someone who could play solid defense with at least a decent stick. We basically have 3 below average hitters on our bench in Lamb, Bonifacio and Barden but I understand Boni for speed and defensive purposes. More importantly, Why is he batting with 2 on and 2 out in the ninth when we are down a run?

I said the same thing for Fredi, and I'll say it even more now for the new guy. And besides that explanation, there really was nobody else who could have hit there anyway.
July 1, 201016 yr All the Ross Gload lovers should at least be fair, and realize that 1. Ross Gload isn't that much of a difference maker, and 2. Ross Gload hasn't even done well this year.
July 1, 201016 yr Since were bringing up players from the past I would like to say Hermida is a freaking bust. Completely unrelated to anything but I had to get that out. Id still take him over Lamb though.
July 1, 201016 yr Hensley is available to come off the DL this weekend right? Tomorrow actually he can activated July 2nd and he's done well in his 1st two rehab assignments in Jupiter. 2.2 IP 1 H 0 R 2 SO 1 BB. He'll probably get one more outing tonight and if all goes well he'll most likely be with the team by Saturday at the latest. Keith Hernandez was certainly not impressed with Sanabia last night. He hasn't been all impressive but he's still young and has shown he can strikeout quite a few batters. I still feel it was too early to call him up but he can further improve at the Major League level I guess it could all be for the best.

The ball hardly left the infield, except of course when it squirted away from one of our players.
