August 19, 201016 yr Yeah they have broadcasts for most MILB teams but it costs money online. Radio broadcasts however are free. thanks I'll check that out.

Again those guys have options after this year, It's really all or nothing for Miller this upcoming stretch, if he does well good for him he earns another year or two(and makes me happy) but if he sucks it up he's probably gone(which I'm sure will make you happy).

Those guys should at least be in AAA. absolutely, miller might have been showing us that he does not deserve the first round pick, or the money that comes with it. these guys have been having unbelievable seasons with significantly worse "stuff". At the end of the day i don't care what kind of "stuff" a guy has, i just want the guy to be able to win.

August 19, 201016 yr Complete and utter BS. A major WTF move. Andrew Miller's supposed stuff 95 MPH stuff disappeared a long time ago. The only thing Miller is less likely to find again is the plate. Nice to know that once again this franchise's front office prioritizes trying to save face by giving their failed trade centerpiece another completely unwarranted shot at the majors.

August 19, 201016 yr Let me put it this way. I'd rather be the "B" in the Human Centipede than have to sit through an inning of Andrew Miller in the majors this year. I don't even know how many times it needs to be said. Andrew Miller has done absolutely nothing to earn a promotion this year. He's actually done everything he possibly could to earn a demotion to single A. Coudl this be because of a clause in his contract that calls for a late season call up ? I am just guessing with this one......

I am just guessing with this one...... Nope. That's was the reason he was called up as a rookie, not now. We're calling him up because this team feels they need to savor whatever value they still can out of 1/2 of the Miguel Cabrera trade. At this point that trade is looking like the most embarrassing thing this front office has ever done, so they are just praying Miller can look somewhat competent to say they got some value from Miller in that trade. I disagree with calling him up, but that's the teams mindset, to salvage that trade.

August 19, 201016 yr Author Seems like an odd move. Judging by Miller's recent numbers in MILB, he certainly doesn't seem "fixed" yet. I kind of wish the Marlins had gotten Dontrelle Willis and told him upfront that he would be a LOOGY.
