HR sculpture to be removed?

Featured Replies

Maybe the one between the club level and the lower deck? I'm guessing it's too bright for outfielders.

It's one near the left center field. Some players complained that they could'nt see Burhle's release point because of it.

Is that the one attached to the outfield wall in front of the home run thing?

Im sorry, I believe he was talking about the left most right center field ribbon.

Ha, stupid me, I read "ribbon," I'm thinking a ribbon for cancer awareness or something like that that's just hung out there. Derp.

Do they have to turn off the entire thing, though, or just a couple from straight center over to the right a little?

Just the leftmost ribbon will be turned off, the others will stay on.

I could see maybe the one just next to it being a slight problem as well - guess they'll test it out tonight.

If anything I would like the walls painted black like the batters eye so the home run thing stands out more. The green pads are fine though.

Yea you're right, it's way too subtle as it is now...

I'm pretty sure your incapable of posting without having a smartass tone to everything.

OK, I'll skip the sarcasm if its going over your head. The HR feature doesn't need to stand out more, because it's absolutely atrocious as it is. Happy?

Its obviously not going over my head because i pointed out that you were doing it. Thats your opinion that its atrocious. I like it but I think all the green makes it overbearing. Adding the black will make it stand out on its own, but the whole background will be less distracting on the eyes.
