Are you not f***ing watching whats out there, who cares if its the 7th game, aside from 1 game, our offense has been putrid. The offense has had more than one good game. The fact that it's only the 7th game is relevant.

Two pitches later.....well whatdo you know. He's had the same idiotic swings numerous times and I'm really sick of it. Pitching has been pretty solid but this offense f***ing sucks right now. If stanton doesn't improve then he needs to move spots. I feel like Mike has been swinging the bat pretty well. He is hitting the ball hard.

April 13, 201214 yr I've been saying it since before the year. It probably wouldn't make much of a difference but I still feel like hitting Bonifacio 1st/Reyes 2nd would be the better long-term move. I doubt they ever do that, but it's the one change I'd make.

Morrison will never be a starting caliber OF, his defense is awful and the guy cant hit. Gaby had a good 40 game stretch last year, other than that, hes one of the worst hitting 1B in baseball. Buck is awful. You cant win consistently with 4 out of 8 hitters as easy outs. I just got back from the game, by the way.... I will say one thing - Mark has a NASTY change of speeds on his changeup that you cant appreciate until you see it live. April 13, 201214 yr are we seen team that going look like old marlins team we know we see them have bad record by july like 20 game below 500 ozzie and new player was suppose make us stay up with phy and rest nl east even national play better and us some say without manger in dugout will hurt team but could play good without him now we 1-2 with ozzie but i dont see that issue look like team not play the way their should me what your thinking?? Dude, I cannot understand anything you say which, while I am frustrated with the team, just makes me chuckle. The team is 2-5 overall and 2-3 with Guillen, but regardless, I never feel like how the team is playing is indicative of whether the coach is with the team or not. The players need to learn how to take pitches in situational hitting. For example, if the pitcher throws ball 4 high you should not be swinging unless you are going to make solid enough contact to get a base hit or homer. This team sucks like the Marlins of June of 11, only 10x less severe. Also it's the 7TH GAME... and there is enough cause for concern.

Remember, he's dealing with a nagging knee injury, that definitely affects your hitting ability. Everything else I left in, I'll agree with you on right now. Buck swinging at the first pitch he saw from Papelbon was absolutely inexcusable.

Hes the only hitter you can say that about right now Gaby Sanchez is who he is. He's not going to be nor is he being paid to be the best hitter on the team. He's been in the big leagues for two years and overall, both years were just fine. You can't ignore his first halves because his second halves have sucked. They play 162 games and they all count the same so his first half production has not been meaningless. Morrison's always been a good hitter. Was a good hitter in the minors, did well his first year in the big leagues, and he did just fine with the bat last year too. He had some inconsistencies, but again, you can't ignore the fact that he had his best power season just last year. Omar is playing awesome, yes. Best hitter on the team after 7 games. When he starts to struggle (which he will at some point), I'm sure everyone will hate him then too. It's a 162-game season; there are going to be slumps.
