Tannehill starts tonight.

So...Future starts now?

In two years I'm going to look at this post and either laugh or cry...or both.

Blackmon debuts tonight, mon. :wee

If Tannehill plays well today, he could start the season.

#CaptainObvious

He has looked pretty good thus far. He should get at least 1 more drive until he's pulled (halftime).

He has a TD already!

Gabbert seems to be playing very well, too. Nice.

Tannehill was pretty mediocre today. Other than that one drive, the offense got absolutely nothing going.

About 60% of the blame for that has to go to the O-Line. Tannehill was facing pressure all day. I think four or five of his incomplete passes were tipped at the LOS.

Yea, the line wasn't very good. Long and Pouncey were playing well, but Martin/Murtha were bad on the right side. Specifically Martin. Johnson was killing him.

He had his struggles, but did fine considering the help around him.

He made some impressive 3rd and long throws. They just need the running game going so he isn't in that situation often.

Wonder how MJD is feeling about that holdout now as the running game looks pretty good with Jennings (just preseason of course)..

would be a great 1-2 punch actually.

Announced this week that Jacksonville will host a game in London for 4 consecutive seasons starting next year. The International Series games have been successful so far but I think they will find a lot more empty seats at Wembley for a bad team plus the repetitiveness of one team being over so often.

Believe in the stache.

The Dolphins are bad, really bad. Is it too early to start the Blow For Barkley Campaign?

Even though we drafted a QB 8th overall last draft?

Depends who they play though. I'm sure the NFL will try to schedule a somewhat "popular" team.

Suck for Luck was understandable. Unless Tannehill puts up a Ryan Leaf season, QB is going to be the last thing on the Dolphins' mind in the next draft.

Russel Wilson looked good yesterday. The Seahawks are my sleeper pick. I think they can compete for the division with San Fran.

You know how much I liked Russell Wilson in the draft. It's extremely easy to get over excited about a few preseason games.

However, I believe pretty strongly that Wilson a much, much better choice to start right away than Matt Flynn. That signing was awful. There were a ton of warning signs with Flynn, especially when Joe Philbin, the guy who watched him grow, passed on the chance of making him the Dolphins starting QB. I'd love to know exactly how these decisions get made within front offices.

EDIT: I still think Russell Wilson would've been a top 10 pick and evaluated very closely to RG3 if he was over 6 feet tall. Amazing how such things cause such a fall. The talent with Wilson is unmistakable.

I still like Fynn. We'll see how they, Seattle, do in the regular season, though. I'm high on them but like you said it is preseason.

Surprised nobody mentioned Vontae getting traded. 2nd and conditional pick.

Basically, this is Brandon Marshall trades -esque.

If the Dolphins finish in last, I doubt they'd pass on Barkley.

But yeah, as of right now Ryan Tannehill is the man for the job, without a doubt.

Also, the Vontae Davis trade was excellent in my opinion. His job was taken from him last season. Just got something for nothing, if you ask me.
