Not never. But it's Nick Green. He has 6 steals in an 8 year major league career and 63 in a 13 year minor league career. AKA he isn't fast. The ball was hit well and Lagares had a good angle on the throw. All scouting reports I see say Lagares has an above average throwing arm.

 

So yeah, dumb.
