love that DD is absolutely mashing after our stupid ass FO sent him down.

he wasn't set down because he couldn't hit he was sent down because he was killing them defensively.

he wasn't set down because he couldn't hit he was sent down because he was killing them defensively.

Jones's defense and Adeiny's offense is "killing them" much more than Dietrich's defense was.

Look at Charlie LOweLL

He is just coming back from T J surgery. Not going to so well. I would hope that they move him down to the NY PENN league this weekend so that he can rehab his way back up. I thought he had some promise before the injury. And the girlfriend beating. LOL

He is below replacement defenisvely according to WAR.

Over 214 games his UZR is -2.9, which isn't terrible. Hanley was a good example of terrible at SS. His dWAR this is season is 0.7, which is 3rd highest on the team so far this season (Stanton, Ozuna).

...which again, shows he isn't terrible.

He is basically an average defender at best though. While some things favor him, others are fairly unkind.

He is incredibly terrible on offense though, which makes his average defense that much worse. Because it means he's not actually "good" at anything.
