What does he owe the Marlins and there fans that the World Series win did not cover? To come back?Is that why people hate him? I can understand being angry but hating him? It is how baseball is done. The Marlin fans maybe feel like Fudge did when after 16 years with the Rangers they deside they no longer want him.Maybe people hate him because of the giant statue in his backyard? Funny, no one hated it when he held onto that ball to beat the Giants.

I hope the Bandwagoner fans from this past year don't buy into those comments and still attend the games.

It's not like we had 2 allstars and the Rookie of the Year, and career years from all of our pitchers, clearly his .297 BA and 88 RBI carried us into the playoffs
December 8, 200322 yr I am a Cub fan.I have followed Fudge his entire career.I thought what the Marlins did last year was special.I was raised in Chicago,I live in San Diego now.It was also cool you beat the Yankees. Although, I like Clemens and a few of his teammates. The Yankees, and other high spending teams, cause the Marlins to lose players like P udge.
