June 2, 201511 yr I'm guessing Cishek being sent to Double A has to do with wanting him to work on his confidence besides just his mechanics. Pitchers cannot work on confidence while pitching in the PCL, so Triple A may not have been a wise choice. That, or Cishek is so bad this year that the Zephyrs refused.

We have a bunch of guys who could be designated to clear a 40 man spot. Claiborne, Ramsey, Rojas, Smith, Mazarro, etc. If they bring up one of these retreads rather than Wittgren just because he is on the 40 man that would be incredibly annoying.
June 2, 201511 yr In all seriousness though I hope he figures it out because from all indications he's a great guy and he's been a very good guy out of the pen for years now. I highly doubt he's gonna be this kind of pitcher the rest of his career. Hopefully he figures it out soon.
