He's probably hurt enough that the team doesn't want him to aggravate it or pitch like shit and sap his (already small) trade value. I think if the Fish were unwilling to trade Latos, he'd pitch tomorrow. I don't think anything has been agreed to, but with Baker already on the DL, the Marlins probably want to keep their few trade chips healthy.
