March 23, 201610 yr LOL it's gotta be hard being an athlete and trying to avoid any and all articles about your stats/projects/etc. some young Twins(? i think) pitcher did an AMA on reddit a week or so ago, and the top post was something like "I hope you do good this year, but last year your had a xFIP of xyz and your BABIP was unsustainable and all your peripherals stink, but I really wish you the best." -____-
March 23, 201610 yr I visit Fishstripes here and there, mostly in the off season to read some articles. The only guy that knows what he is talking about is Michael Jong. Honestly I agree with the article. Guy backs up his stuff with math and over the years he really hasn't been off on anything. TK is just taking that crap to heart, maybe it motivates him and he actually pitches like a #3? Who knows maybe he goes in Washington and shuts it down!?

March 23, 201610 yr I understand the analytics stuff but beyond that fish stripes has some really horrendous opinion pieces and/or analysis stuff. Sometimes they'll take a single tweet or sentence from a news article, say maybe from someone like Barry Jackson and they'll write a page long opinion of it and most of it is just nonsense pulled out of thin air. It's like nonsensical rambling.
