Wouldn't shock me to have Ichiro play next season and be at next year's ASG here in Miami, which would be as fitting as any city that isn't Seattle. So the whole point of the article could very well still happen next season in a better scenario.
July 9, 201610 yr Interesting stats : In this season, Ozuna hit 17 homers, but "runners on" situation, he hit 4 homers with .391 sluggin'. Just like what G doing,only hit HR when base empty.
July 9, 201610 yr Can't give those guys away. Maybe TK out of that group will net a B or C level prospect but that's it. Also, unless Dee comes back from the PED suspension and tears it up, he has little trade value as well. We are fucked as far as having any trade equity. The players that would net us the best return are Yelich, Ozuna, and J .T. I would rather not trade any of those. Won't dig one hole to fill another.
