Well, yes.  Phelps.  Conley.  Koehler, when healthy.  Having said that, Worley's limited by his stuff, but he's making some pitches here when he needs them.  He deserves a bit of credit for that.

 

So what you are saying...at the moment, no.  Except for Phelps but he would have to be stretched out, yes?  It would be a BP game for a while if Phelps is used.

 

 

The offense can carrying them a bit if it can stay consistently productive like this.

 

 

Worleys gettting crushed but is lucky. Really mediocre stuff. 

 

 

I guess Mattingly thought we would Houdini ourselves out of runners on second and third every inning.

You do realize Phelps was a starter, right?  He could easily go 5 or 6.  And Conley's struggling, but still better.

 

Yes but he is in the BP now.  I don't know that Phelps could go 5 or 6 now, but he certainly stepped in and did a credible job for us last year.  Obviously Worley isn't doing it.
